HELLO, BALOO, WE'RE MAKING A BLOG!

WELL, WE HAVE STARTED A BLOG. TODAY IS SATURDAY, THE SNOW IS STILL AROUND, BUT WE CLEANED IT OFF THE CAR AND I SHOVELED A PATH FOR IT TO BACK UP, AND YOUR GRANDMOTHER GOT GROCERIES AND TOOK ONE MOVIE BACK TO THE DOBBS FERRY, LIBRARY (WHICH HAS A PLAQUE FROM OUR FAMILY THAT SYBILLE SAW ON CHRISTMAS DAY), AND MAILED BACK "THE SCARLET PIMPERNEL" TO NETFLIX -- BUT WE HAVE KEPT MY DAFFY DUCK CARTOON, "THE SCARLET PUMPERNICKEL", TO WATCH AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN! I STAYED HOME AND WROTE ON MY MEMOIRS. I WROTE TO YOU: "HELLO, LIEBE FREUNDE!" Actually, I copied that out of a book that your Dad gave me, called "Walt Disney, 25 Tolle Jahre", that is inscribed "Happy Birthday Dad!! To add to your collection ! from around the world! Love, T.H." We are going to lend you this book, to help you learn in German about Micky Maus -- die grohte Jugendzeitschrift der Welt!" Also Donald Duck. Zu Besurch Beim, Konig der Meere!" I just looked up and printed out your Dad's Solar City blog. Very impressive! Somebody who can write clearly like that should have no trouble finishing his herr doctor doctor thesis, and then you can call him "Herr Papa Doktor Doktor Culhane." Wonderful article in the New York Times tomorrow about how Texas has discovered a great new source of wealth -- wind machines! TV says that James Zogby, the proprietor of the poll-taking organization, has announced that he is supporting Barak Obama this election. He supported George Bush last time, and he says that Georgie Porgie has done nothing for the Arabs. What is your pre-partum opinion of politics? Where you are, it's Mama-Mama-Mama, 24-7, I know; but soon you'll make your debut among the Democratic new-borns of the planet earth. Don't forget PLUTO! Love, Grandpa.
